Converter slipping/bad?

I have a th400 trans with a brand "x" converter name being left out. The car was setup for nitrous and a small block before and did not have any trans issues that I knew of but it was never on the dyno before either. I switched up to a lsx with a s480 turbo. Before putting the car back together I sent the converter back and had them tighten it up for turbo and was not told there would be any bad side effects or anything 3800-3900 tight stall. This is not a cheap converter thats in it.
In any case this weekend on the dyno something odd was happening and I am not sure if its in the trans or converter. As we started to turn the boost up power would drop drastically until about 6800 then shoot up. I feel as if the converter is slipping at higher power then catching up. If you turn the boost back down it acts normal.
Here is a dyno sheet showing 7 psi, then 9-10 psi and then 12 psi where its really bad. 9-10 psi you can start to see the issue on spool up but with the 12 psi pull its rather obvious.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to run the car and see, stalled auto's on the dyno especially when you can't lock them is not the best way to see if your going to like the converter or not.
