Transmission Issue?

Transmission Issue? Went to the track last night and ran twice. Launched fine got towards the end of the track and the car shifted to what seemed to be over drive and then kicked out and then back in. The second run I ran it in D instead and had the same problem. I have been driving the car alot lately (200-300 miles) to get the gears broke in and haven't had one single problem with shifting. Just does it at the track right before the finish line. The fluid is full and clean. Any ideas? Might it be something else. I had the car tuned by Pat G and checked with him and he said the converter will not lock up at WOT.
