nice mod,hangs down same height as hooker LT's so clearance is ok ,pan is a little heavier than stock,recommended mod.

very simple to install,you will need a seal for the oil pick-up tube that goes into the trans that they don't supply,and a filter with new oil.got this one from TR with the oil cooler.this will help trans life as both together the oil temp should stay on the cool side on hot summer nights and at the strip.
