4k stall and tune Looking to upgrade to a 4k stall for my 4L60E and had a question about the tune. Can I alter the shift points with a handheld programmer like a Diablosport Predator to keep it from bouncing off the rev limiter or will I need to find a tuner to give the car an actual tune?

You will need a tuner to program your car, if you don't the converter will unlock then lock then unlock while driving down the highway. Your hand held will not do that for you trust me I tried. ( Tuned by Frost ) can do you a mail order tune and will be spot on. He has done all my tunes now I use the diablo just to fine tune my a/f ratio because our da in Tulsa may be 800 to 4000.
