Default Lokar length
Anybody use a lokar on a 4L60? which length did you use 24 or 36? my stock one is bent so figured id just get one of these..

I used a 36 on my TransAm, bent the crap out of mine too.

Thats what i was thinking, least i would be able to mount it higher on the firewall or something if need be

Check out Madman Racing. They are a sponser here on LS1 Tech. They make custom Transmission Dipstick tubes for Turbo 350, Turbo 400, 4L60E & 4L80E for F Body cars.
There dipstick tubes have the NHRA mandated Locking Dipstick....so you dont blow transmission fluid on the track if your transmission is running Hot.

I think I would go with the Madman also. The Lokar looks nice but it can be a pain. I,m going to go be putting in a turbo 400 soon and I,m going to get the Madman tube.
