Performabuilt customer service/tech support A+
Just a quick backround... My stock trans took a dump some years back (5-6 years ago) and was trying to figure out the issues it had along with what vendor to get a new trans if i should need one.. Since performabuild had online/chat via yahoo tech support i overloaded his im with questions upon questions as to what broke in my stock trans and figured out i needed a new one.
Fast forward to last night(10:30 pm) and sure enough he was online, i shot him a quick hey there, and right away he said "hey long time no hear". I'm like gtfo, you know who this is.. Now i haven't talked to him in 4 damn years and he knows who i am and of course he knows i have questions for him lol... Currently have an odd issue with the trans/possiably a computer issue and he is helping out to try and get my situation corrected..
If that isn't customer support i don't know what is.
