I hear there a 5.3 dise flex plate mite be it but spacer maybe need it not sure. I'd rather ask a question in the mess anything up I am a newbie. thanks

Sorry that no one has answered you yet.
I don't know for sure, but thought that all '98 and later V8 flexplates and V8 4L60e would be compatible with any LS-style converter. The complexities come from hooking up pre-98 parts to post-98 parts.
I will be happy to be corrected so that an expert can help out here.

Chris knows 1000x times about about this than I do and I'm glad he is trying to help you out.
However, you are looking for a "sure" answer to the fit of unknown parts.
Chris can probably help you more if you post some pictures and measurements.
Put the converter down on it tabs and measure the distance to its top; this will ensure it isLS compatible.
Measure the distance between various bolt holes and describe which bolt holes these are in the picture. Some flexplates

That is a 4L80 style flexplate. You need to get the dished 4L60 type. It will have the right bolt pattern and you will not need the spacer. We have a SFI version if you can not find one.
