th400 flexplate and driveshaft ???

Default th400 flexplate and driveshaft ???

What is the TCI part#?

And does anyone know the length of driveshaft I will need from the th400 to a dana s60???

Search option is pretty useless...

According to the following thread, a TH400 uses TCI Flexplate ##399753

IMO, it is best to install everything and then measure for the driveshaft. Once you determine your driveshaft supplier, they will tell you exactly how to measure it.

Thanks for the response...yeah I will measure everything up, I guess I should have asked if anyone has approx measurements...I am wondering if i can get my current driveshaft shortened or if I will need a new one...


Also, is their any other flywheel options...just checked prices on the TCI flexplate and my *** puckered up!!!

The converter sponsors (Yank, CircleD, RevMax) often sell similar SFI approved flexplates at about half the TCI price. They are all probably made by the same company in China; you might be paying double for the TCI label.

I personally have that TCI flexplate; the stock flexplate just seemed wimpy and scary to me.
