What's a performajunk?

I am ready to order a 4L60E and have talked to Jakes and RPM. Both of them seem to have the ducks in a row. This is the first I've heard of Performabuilt, they have great prices and warranty. Do any of you have pros and cons on the three of them? Thanks!

 

Performabuilt imo has the worst reputation, when compared to RPM, FLT, and Jakes. But Performabuilt does have a lot of people run their transmissions just fine too, and their warranty is nice.

 

Ask my UPS man what he thinks of Performabuilt! He spent last summer picking up and dropping off their transmissions off my porch.I Spent the whole summer screwing around with performabuilt. DONT WASTE YOUR SUMMER

it amazes me the lengths these idiots go to too covering up there dirty dealings... stay away from monster folks

 

If your looking to get a Monster Transmission,,,
please don't make the same mistake that I did!
I should have search for independent reviews like at the BBB or Pissed off customer.
I went ahead and ordered a fully built transmission with a Billet torque converter.
From day one it burned the fluid and clunks at standing start and huge vibrations!
They told me to **** off!
DON'T PUT YOURSELF THRU THE TROUBLE OF LETTING THEM RIP YOU OFF!!!

Glynn21 joined to post here and never posted again, five years later. That guy was def from monster. Makes this zombie thread worthwhile.
