6L80e wiring questions

6L80e wiring questions Hi Guys, Im a newbie here, but have been reading this very informative friendly forum for some time now, and now need some help please.
I'm wirng up a LS7 and 6L80e which is going in a '48 F1 ford pickup.
I have a GMPP LS7 harness, which was for manual trans, with E67 ecm.
I also have ( I believe) a 08 Tahoe wiring harness for LS2/6L80e with E38 ecm.
I have repinned the E67 to E38 ecm plugs and separated the trans plug and wiring from the Tahoe harness and added it to the GMPP harness.
I have spent hours searching diagrams etc and found most, but am confused with 2 of the wires that run between the TCM and PCM.
I am not running a BCM, so not sure if this affects things
There is a Dark blue wire from X1-18 on E38 ecm that runs to pin 9 on trans plug that I believe is called Accessory Serial Data. One of my diagrams shows this also running to ignition, but I dont believe it.... any ideas???
And the other is the Light Blue wire from X1-9 to pin 6 on trans and is the stop light signal. This also appears to run to ignition through a brake switch, or should it run through a brake switch to Ground???? The diagrams dont show whether switch is normally open or closed....
