96 cutlass shifts very rough between 1st and 2nd gear

 

the tcc control screen has blown out making the lock up converter engage in 2nd gear will not cause any damage to trans to fix it the valve body has to come off its loctated on the side of trans the screen on the seperator plate needs replaced
