ok, i am going to do the 4L80 swap and my buddy is a GM tranny builder, where is the best place to get rebuild kits and a shift kit and trans brake???

any help is appreciated and if you have a rough idea what parts should be priced at I would appreciate that as well

Now that Jake Performance has gotten out of the parts business, many of us are at a loss who to suggest and which transbrake to recommend.

Hopefully some 4L80E experts can give you good suggestions.

 

Pm jake or eLiT3SnIpEz and see if they can give you some help on which places to use or not to use.

 

I believe Jakes is still selling transbrake stuff just no other parts.

 

We only sell our transbrakes and parts to approved professional installers.
There are several well known companies and builders who use our transbrakes.
Most builders can source their own parts, so there is no reason for us to sell kits.
