4L80E compatibility with Stock LS computer The 4L80E i have is out of a 1993 Suburban 2WD. I am putting it behind a 5.3L LS engine with the stock factory computer. My question regards the transmission range switch. This trans did not come from the factory with a transmission range switch. Will this pose a problem for the factory computer not having the range switch to get signals from? I have hp tuners and was wondering if the range switch could be eliminated that way?
