Our D1 can be used as a full manual in conjunction with our manual control box or auto shifted using the OEM controller or aftermarket controller.

It simply requires the shifter to be in the Manual Low (D1) position to activate. This is a safety feature but some customers want to be able to leave the shifter in Drive and not shift gears at all at the track.

With Jakes D1 Brake...and auto programming

Launch on the brake, Hit the shifter twice and the trans will auto shift?

OR

Launch on the brake and manually shift the run.

OR...Either?
