what size stall for hotcam

Default what size stall for hotcam

i am getting ready to drop my ls1 in my 68 firebird pretty sure, but i didnt want to put it in stock, since i wont be doing anything to the motor for a long time so i want to do what little work i can all at one time. but i have a ls1 hotcam, and i purchased a st 3500 not to long ago either. did i make a good selection for this came or is it to big? thank in advance

I think the ST3500 you have will be great for the Hot cam. I friend of mine has a Hot cam in his 99 Z28 and runs the ST3500. The converter is just right for street use and he runs 11s all day long.

what all does your friend have done to his car? mine will be the hotcam, custom shortie headers, the 3500 stall, possibly put in the ls6 intake somewhere down the line and maybe swap out the pullies. thanks for you help
