Broken again..need advise
Broken again..need advise Ive broken the 4l60 again..this is the 2nd time I just a few months time now. I seriously considering swapping to a th400 or a glide in my car. What I would like to know is what kinda parts other the the trans and convertor will be needed to do both the th400 and the glide. The car weighs right at 3300 with me in it and make 528 hp on motor, runs low 1.40s 60 foots and has small 200 shot (that ive yet to hit due to still tuning the suspension in).
Ive already broken the flt level 5 4l60 twice...getting old swapping them out.
Do I have enough power and weight reduction to even run a glide?
Either trans I do will come from PTC as they are local to me so any issue with the trans or convertor will be just a 2 mile ride for service..
