4l60e i have a 1994 chevy s10 it will go to 1-2 fine but wont go to 3-4 would the two solenoid that are together cause this i dont much about auto trans it take 1 -2 and r fine and it acts like it wants to shift to 3 but it wont do it if i the two solenoids that are together will this fix it

You could start by replacing the solenoids, or at least solenoid B.
What does it feel like when you expect it to shift into 3rd at light throttle?
Does is simply stay in 2nd and it stays in 2nd up to redline? (That would be a solenoid problem or electrical problem.)
Or does the trans slip excessively or seem to be in Neutral? (That would indicate a more serious problem likely requiring a rebuild.)
