Do 1999 have torque management ? Becasue I am going to be doing a a stall soon and I am thinking on doing it myself, or taking it to Speed Inc. If it has torque management so they can remove it. Is the trans go shift kit easy to intall?

mine had it.not anymore.

 

they have it but it isnt really too severe in anything older than 2000. my car is on its second converter and i still have TM. dont really notice it at all....
