Default 4l60e servo hosing broken?

what would cause this? put 10,000 miles on the rebuild with all good parts. did not break under high load, just coming off the light normally.
this is a high torque car (+600) tvs2300. Is this a high torque issue?
case has 12 years of a hard life.

Wow. Looks like a very high line pressure issue; I don't think engine torque matters here. Line pressure should be 225-250 psi tops; I have heard that around 300 psi bad things happen. A "custom" mod to the pressure regulator valve and/or boost valve could produce excessive pressure.
If you rebuild with a new case and same parts, I would suggest putting a pressure gauge on it to ensure it is not in the danger level.

Perhaps a pro builder has more insight.
