Shifting Concern!!! Need Advice!! I have had a few issues with my car shifting right being that i have a LARGE cam and a STOCK torque converter. I know i know i need a converter but money is an issue now so im gonna have to wait.
Problem im having is that at low speeds when the car shifts down into 2nd it just slams into gear... can feel it and even hear it. Im not talking about shifting down on WOT im talking about just very slow driving. It shifts fine,but just kinda harsh. I think that when Lou tuned my car he gave me too much line pressure because many times when i put it into gear it really lurches forward. Dont know if this may be some of the problem but I AM OPEN TO ANY ADVICE!! Hopefully this isnt a very big deal but i would rather know before my tranny decides to take a big ****!!
