talk about eating horsepower i made a couple passes with my TC.im still getting the hang at launching but ive read MW converters can suck up HP but damn im about 2.5 MPH lower than my best.i ran a new best and i know theres more in it.i only made two passes and it started getting hot outside.
my car does feel alot stronger.
are these converters really this inefficent?

Hmmm that is a bit odd... Have you ever dynoed the car?? If you have it would be interesting to see how much HP you may have lost with that verter. Maybe you can contact MW with your results and see what they say. Good luck

Well how was the weather the day your MPH slowed down , was it better ot worse when you posted the higher mph. Also you changed rim size from a 16 to a 17 that could have something to do with the MPH , maybe someone will add something on that , yes or no

it was cooler when i ran my high MPH.track prep was good today but it was warmer and somewhat humid.im guessing weather conditions along with a better hook and different size tires were contributing factors.
my car pulls hard so im not overly concerned yet.
