Trans go shift kit

Trans go shift kit Done some research and looks like the transgo kit is what most run? Dont like the sloppy shifts. Had tunner firm up shifts but still would like more crisp shifts. Car has 129k. Some say it prolongs tranny life? Transgo makes a couple diff kits? Which one should i get? Part # would be great! Are shift kits known to knock off say .5 in the 1/4? Let me know your thoughts? Kit im looking at is (sk 4L60e)

Prolly better off in Transmission section. But I'll help you out some. Also, keep in mind the search function will give you lots of answers. That being said...
The HD2 kit on level 2 is what most go with. There is no shift kit that will yield you .5 sec. A good stall and some sticky tires can possibly give you those kind of results.
