TH350 Fluid sprays out!

TH350 Fluid sprays out! Seems only to happen under full power. Trans fluid sprays out of the breather, ALOT. It's not over filled. It happened on the dyno, I thought it was overfilled. Took it home, checked level ok. Took it, made one first and second gear pass, fluid everywhere. Trans is BRAND NEW! Any ideas? Thanks Andy.
try running it with 1 quart less.
If I fill mine to where the Yank/lokar distick says its full it will cover the bottom of the car with trans fluid in one pass, on a good hook it will still blow some out running it at the 'add' line. I have a deep pan and even with 2 quarts out it wasnt slipping on the launch. I kept adding a 1/4 of a quart at a time until it just started spitting out on a pass and left it there.
If it seems to be working OK it probably just has too much fluid, or it is severely overheating. If you had a cracked case/cross bleeding passage it would be spewing out at idle also.
