4l60e bolting to LQ4

I'm looking to put my 4l60e on to a 05 LQ4. To the best of my knowledge and research. I can still use my stock LS1 flex plate and torque convertor correct?

It will bolt right up assuming your transmission is a 98+4l60e. There are only problems with the 99 and 00 lq4's with the "long" crank flange. Since you're in there, have you considered a higher stall converter?

Yes but it wont be with this transmission. I have a 80e laying around that needs to be torn apart then it will be going in once all the parts to put it in have been collected. So for the time being im just going to limp along on the 60e.

Mine was a 07 4l60e to a 04 lq4 worked just fine. For about 3 weeks until the 4l60e snapped. The lq4 came from a Yukon the had a 4l60e.
