Default Will 2004 4L60e work with generic harness and 2001 motor?

I'm not sure what year transmission to look for on my swap. I'm using a 2001 5.3L and have a harness from PSI conversions. I found a 2004 4L60e and want to see if that will work?

If the 4L60E is from an LS engine vehicle, it will work perfectly. As such it should have a bolt hole in the 12 o'Clock position and a 300mm input shaft which is about 1" diameter at the very end (and not 1/2" tip like the 298mm input shaft).
