Does anyone know where I can get a GM 10174452 - need it for my M6 to 4l80e swap. It's the bracket that bolts to a 4l60 to hold the shifter cable.

Or does anyone have any pics, perhaps I can make one if I knew what it looked like!

Some of these parts are becoming impossible to find.

It does not have the "ball" that some shifter cables require, but those ***** are readily available, maybe even at a local hardware store.

Thanks, I actually managed to find that piece (the selector lever), but the one I am talking about in this thread is a piece of sheetmetal that bolts to the trans, that the cable clips into, to hold the whole cable in place.

Yeah, that's the idea but it looks like that one is only setup for their shifters.

I finally found an auction on ebay for the part I need:

But it already sold I messaged the guy though, I noticed he sold a bunch of them. I may need to try to make a few copies when I finally find one.

 

I looked up that part on Ebay and while sold, it showed me a similar available one. "OEM 1998-04 Blazer Jimmy Automatic 4L60E Transmission Shift Cable Bracket".
