4l60E swap question need help?? I have a 1995 z28 with a 4l60e that's bad and found a 1996 trans am 4l60e. Will the 96 trans am 4l60e work in my 1995 z28? or is there different electronics?

No, the '94 and '95 where unique years. The 3-2 downshift solenoid changed from PWM in '95 to On-Off in '96; the valve body was correspondingly changed and it required a different PCM.
Unless you want to start swapping valve bodies and/or the PCM, you really need a '95 trans.
