Default lq4 to circle d w/ls1 bolt pattern

I have an 02' 6.0L truck motor that I am mating to a circle d converter that was made for 4l80e to ls1 converter. I have a ls1 flexplate, but after reading several post, will I need a spacer or will I run into any other problems? The 4l80e flexplate I have looks like it is the same, or at least pretty close to the same bolt pattern as the ls1?

If it has the 3 lug LS bolt pattern it is designed to fit the 4L60 style flexplate. No spacers or adapters necessary, just install like a 4L60 style converter.

Any more questions let us know....
