Default Preventative Measures 4L60E

RE: Currently a stock 2004 A4 GTO, with 58k miles, Granny driven

I have made some changes in my current blower setup, with the cam, and will be putting down approx 8lbs of boost and 515~525 RWHP.

I Have also purchased a Yank SS 2800 billet stall.

I believe a transmission cooler is probably in order, and perhaps a deep pan. Before I begin my build, should I take the 4l60E out for an upgrade?

The GTO will never if any, see track use, as it's a weekend driver for me and my wife.

Thanks in advance,

Keep shift rpms reasonable, try to avoid full throttle downshifts, and get a good tune. A cooler is probably needed in the southern states and a way to monitor trans temps will tell you if you need one.
