Default Shift Kits?????

HEY guys, i need some help on this one. I have a stock 4L60E on my 1999 Z28 and was thinking of adding a mild stall (3000-3200) on it. I already have the tranny cooler, but I heard that when you get the stall its like hitting two birds with one stone if you get the Shift Kit with it as well. I've been hearing things about transmissions being eaten up with some of these kits because of such high intensity on the tranny. I was looking into the B&M Transpak, but I would like to hear some opinions and suggestions.

Trans GO owns. Every little bit helps. Its also better to pay for install once than twice if you want to install it later.

TRANSGO. hits fast, and mildy hard. The FAST is what is gonna save the life on your trans.
The extra flow to the 3-4 clutchpaks might help too, depending on how you like to romp on it
