Will the converter cover from a 4l80e fit a TH400 without modification. Looking to install one for street. I will not run with it on the track but dont want crap getting into the flex plate area while cruising around town.

Looking for a cast one, not chrome or plastic.

No one has done this? Only found one other post with this part number and th400

 

I've never known anyone in my life to ever use one. 5 years of street driving and track beating my car and nothing has ever "got in" the flexplate area where it shouldn't be. You dont need one.
