Default What type of transmission is this?
I found this number on the transmission 15740414 is that an MT1=4L80E transmission I pulled it out of a 2001 Silverado 2500 with towing package.

Alright, thanks! also should I run a TH400 or keep the 4L80E i'm going to drive it on the street and occasionally go to the drag strip.
