Default Hey guys astro van 4l60e

Hey guys what modification do I need to do to make a 4l60e out of a 94 astro to work on a 03, 5.3 please any inform is needed .
I know that one bellhousing bolt will not line up.

I don't think the electronics are compatible.

The '94 and '95 4L60E are year-specific, they only work with a PCM from the exact same year. I call them the alpha-test and beta-test years to be avoided at any cost unless you have a vehicle with PCM from that same year.
Plus they do not bolt up - you need a spacer, mod to flexplate and more.

In short, no, leave it alone and get a '98 or later trans, preferably '03-'07.
