best mods for a 07 4L80e?

Picked up a 07 4L80e going to have it freshened up to go in my GTO
Car has a 403 Ls3 that had a APS twin kit with upgraded turbos.

What are some upgrades I should do while its apart?
shift kit? clutches, harden input, output and intermediate shafts. Anypump mods?
The car has made 800 rwhp and 900+rwqu @17lb threw a 4L65e
still have some room to make more.
combo should be good for 1000+ rwhp & tq

A billet input and forward hub, and proper hydraulic modifications at a minimum.
