4l60e dipstick

I am looking for a filler tube and dipstick for my 98 z28 4l60e the one that is in it looks like it was trimmed maybe from a truck or who knows. Does anyone know the part numbers oreilly auto parts says dealer item.

if anyone does need the part numbers here they are I got these from the local chevrolet dealer

The tube is $35 on Summit (plus $10 shipping if order is < $100) and only $27.50 on Amazon with free shipping if you have Prime.
Neither company lists the Indicator - you can try gmpartsdirect.com, but their prices are deceptive because they add about 21% for handling/shipping to the price.
