Ok so the upshift modifier table is the only one that seems like it might effect this, but i see the force motor is temp related too but mine is very similar throughout the temp range so Im suspecting that is not an issue. I'm gonna make a change like you said but am not too hopeful that will fix the issue. Meaning, I realize it can get the car off the limiter very easily by simply commanding the shift slightly sooner. However, if its perfect when its warm (180*) then I don't want to accommodate cooler shifting as I am 180* at the track when the 1/10ths of seconds count.

Wait, back up. The modifier is an extension of the regular pressure table. My regular pressure table is maxed out above 360 ft/pounds, so as long as the modifier table is not a - number then it is irrelevant when the computer determines appropriate pressure for the shift making the temp table useless.
