Default 4l80e identification and converter

I have recently bought a motor drop out that has a what the previous owner said was a 4l80e trans. I do not see that stamped on the motor anywhere? How to I verify it is in fact a 4l80e. I'm planning to sell it as I have a t56 but don't want to misrepresent it. Also how to I tell what stall the torque converter is? It may be stock?

I'll get some when I get home. The motor is a 2007 motor. Is there certain years to look out for?
