Default What year 4l60e do I have?

Trans is out of a mid to late 90's 2wd truck, but I'm not sure exactly what year. Has non removable bell housing, and has the pmw pump. Plans are to put it behind a 5.3l with the adapter kit and will be mostly stock.
Thanks.

If it still has a 4-char ID tag, the first char is a digit telling your the year.
The "PWM" indicates it is a '95 or later.
Unfortunately a '95 only works with a 95 PCM and should be avoided.
'96 through '08 will work with any LS1 PCM.
So hopefully you have a '96 or '97 (not sure but I think all '98 and later have a removable bell housing).
