lock up issue
lock up issue hello , I have a 4l60e with a fresh rebuild and iam having problems with the lock up not engaging .the converter was cut and gone thru by a very reputable company before it was put in. I have dropped the pan and replaced the harness, pwm solenoid,valve body,
I have activated the tcc manually with hp tuners, I can hear them click on and off and nothing ,still doesn't work .
is there any where else I can look that might solve this problem?

Please explain, I don't understand your 2nd line. (Better - edit the post)
I suspect you are saying you replaced the pump. If yes, what year is the trans, is it a 298mm or 300mm input shaft 4L60E. (Does it have a bolt hole in 12 O'Clock position). What kind of pump was installed - a PWM or non-PWM?
