Today I did the b&m 20228 shift kit in my 400 and my issue is it won't shift to end unless I'm at 6000 rpm and 3rd until 5000 rpm. Its supposed to be a mvb at this point. I did competition steps in the directions. Did extra shim on pressure valve, drilled 1/8 hole, put the brass plug in the hole by center bolt, plugged vacuum modulator, used correct plate between valve body and reinstalled only 2 check ***** one location 3 and 6 as specified in the picture.
