2000 4l60e same as 2002??

2000 4l60e same as 2002?? I have done some research and it appears that this 2000 4l60e (4.8 silverardo) trans will work with my 2002 lq9. It has the bolt hole at the 12pm position, and multi piece case.
Can someone with more knowledge than me confirm, before I go buy this thing? The pan was pulled and the fluid looks real good and no signs of metal or burnt smell.....

Yes. The 12 O-Clock bolt hole indicates it has the LS-style 300mm input shaft. Just make sure it is from a 2WD truck as 4WD uses a different output shaft.
All LS-style '98 - '07 4L60E/4L65E/4L70E will work perfectly with an LS1 PCM.
