Default 4L80E issues guru advice needed

Just completed my 4L80e swap and having trouble. When the Trans gets above 100 degrees if I command higher pressure anything less than 550 ma (55-60psi) with my scanner the engine starts to bog and wants to stall. It happens in any gear. I believe it to be the tcc engaging. I also have a P1810 code. I tested the ABC ports on the pressure manifold and everything checks good. The pcm doesn't know that the tcc is engaging as everything looks normal on the scanner. I believe the problem is in internal leak I'm just not sure where. I perceive two places, either in the pump or the valve body. When pressure gets too high it cross leaks. Where would the leak most likely be and why (pump or valve body)? I have yet to put a gauge on it.

btw, I changed the TCC solenoid and pressure manifold. Is there anything I should check in the harness? I'm using the speartech harness adapter harness too. Here is a hpt log file, it starts to happen around 145 degrees trans temp, you can see the rpms dip.
