Default Precison Industries 4l80e Triple disk grinding issues low load?

Well i have been working the kinks out on my 5.3L turbo setup. I went with a fresh rebuilt 4l80e (1997) with an HD-2 Shift kit then a Precision Industries Billet triple disk 3800 stall. I bought this NEW of a guy on the board that bought it from RPM transmissions and never got around to getting it installed and the project was parted out.

Said to be 3800 stall currently on the footbrake I can only build up like 2200. Seems to be a lot tighter. unless it needs to break in?

I only have around 30 miles on my setup. Havnt done any wot pulls. More or less cruising and maybe 60% max bringing up the boost.

Seems to only have the issue from a stop once im at operating temps. You can hear it rattling around until I get to like 5mph.

Could it be tune related? or does it need to break in? I have never bought a new multi disk lockup before so im unsure. Last converter I bought was for a Th400, dropped it in and went.

My tune is more or less a copied stock 4l80e van tune, upped the shift pressures about 10%, upped the shift points for crusing and wot and the lockup speeds. Also made the shifting times quicker. Other than that pretty well left it alone as Ive never tuned an auto. Always had manual valve bodies before.

Thanks for any input.

Nothing? I have been reading about the force motor table. seems like an iffy thing to adjust though. From what im reading this controls line pressure through an amperage number for idle/cruise etc?

Looked under the car yesterday and was thinking the flexplate bolts on my TCI flexplate backed out but not the case. Everything seems tight.

Looking over my log I noticed my TCC switch is wired backwards. I mixed up my ground and brake switch wire on the relay (1987 camaro so I had to change the output to be ground when pressed) That solves my Lockup not coming on. Unsure if it will have any effect on the low rpm chatter.

Still having this issue. Seems to only be happening between 140-160 trans temps.

RPM Transmissions mentioned it could be bc i have a quiet car and triple disks are noisy. Waiting on a reply from Precision.

I took it to my trans builders last week (25min drive) and the car didnt make a single noise. Trans was around 170 degrees by the time I got there. Then last weekend I had a car show that followed in the parade. After I saw around 140 degrees it started doing it again. Its actually quite loud as well.
