Default Converter size question

Can someone tell me what they think is a good converter size for a SS w prc as cast 225 heads, 233/239 cam, fast 92, on a 150 shot. Car has 4.10's and is a weekend warrior/ strip car. I have a vig converter that precision told me should be stalled at like 3600 to make it a 4000 on spray. Thanks!

Yep that sounds about right. Generally at 150hp shot you have to watch the converter because on the juice it can blow through (flare) and not work as good as it should. You could do a 4-4400 all day if it was an all motor setup.
