I've got a rmvb body th400 and a hurst quarter stick shifter on my car. I've adjusted both in neutral per the instructions but then it will not engage park. I've also tried putting both in park and then adjusting but then I lose 1st gear. I've never really messed with this setup before so I'm confused on what my issue is. Any help is appreciated. The transmission will shift through all gears by hand.

 

I have the same setup, no problems. Make sure your cable isnt kinked
