It's not a 4L80E bushing. We use it though. Its application should have been covered in the tips and tricks article sent with the kit.

Ill venture a guess and say its a th400 bushing I was supposed to use for the case. Ill check the paperwork again when I get home but I read over it a bunch and don't recall any mention of bushings.

yep def a 400 case bushing, I see the instructions makes mention of an extra capacity case bushing but I guess I didn't read much into it and installed the stock replacement one that came in the kit lol.

Late to the party, but I really hope you swapped out the bushing and installed that TH400 piece shown in the picture. Otherwise there's no way for you to rollerize the rear of the case properly.

I tore it down and put the 400 one in. Its back together now I just need to check front end play and servo travel. The valve body is just about back together but Im still researching which direction to go with the accumulators and what to drill the plate to. The decision would be easy in a car but this is going in a full size 4wd turbo Silverado. Im thinking .110 for 2nd and 4th, .125 for 3rd and leave the check ball, and leave the accumulators functioning for now anyway and see how it is.

Does anyone know or have the instructions for the early 4l80e trans go hd2 kit? I'm finishing up my rebuild and I just want to make sure the valve body is completely back to stock. My core was a gm reman that had some half and half trans go voodoo in it. It looks like the early kit accomplished dual feed by leaving out the check ***** in the valve body? I found the hole they drilled for the pressure relief valve and plan on plugging it with a set screw. So I guess my big question is, in the early kits did they have you drill the valve body or separator plate anywhere else and if so where to look.
