Doing the winter teardown. And popped the pan off of my th400. Trying to figure if I need a rebuild or not

I'm thinking you're going to take it apart to identify the problem. Might as well plan on a rebuild.

Clutch material or paper gasket material? Its tough to tell from the pic.
