Default Differences from 2004 4l80e vs 97-03 4l80e

Hey what's up.. I got a 2004 4l80e and I was wondering if there's any difference from a 2004 4l80e vs a 2002 4l80e?.... I noticed that the 2004 80e has a different forced motor but are the hydraulics the same? Is the pump different? How about the bushings? I got a jakes D1 TB from 97+ 80e's and is it compatible with the 2004 units?

Prob a builder can better answer, but from my own experience, as you said the force motor, and plug are diff.
Also the tail housing seemed to have a diff bushing, and when I orig built mine there wasn't one avail from Trans star (I think that was the place)
I never could find out if the valve body itself was diff, as I needed one to replace the one I had (changing from an HD-3 kit) I know there is a diff bet older ones and later ones-I picked up a later one, just not an 04, but didn't use it
I also saw some mixed opinions on whether the pump was diff, but I don't think so-I ended up with another 04, so I just robbed the VB off it, lol
Some of the books have older info, so its hard to keep up with later changes
