Default 4L80E behind boosted LQ4

So I'm in the process of building a twin turbo LQ4 at the moment,

I have a re-manufactured 2005 4WD 4L80E as well. I have an NP241C transfer case to go behind it, that supposedly came out of the same 2004 3/4ton that my LQ4 came out of. Now, why a 2004 3/4ton would have the exact same transfer case as my 1994 half-ton did from the factory, is a mystery I'm yet to solve and it did not come with the trans adapter.

Anyway, theres a couple questions here.

First, what does this transmission need to take a somewhat abusive, daily-driven, boosted 650-750HP LQ4?

And does anyone have any idea what vehicle to find the adapter for this transmission/t-case combo on?

Anyone have any idea what the power handling is of the 241C? As far as my reading has proven, it takes power fine as long as its not abused. The only reason this truck is retaining 4WD is because deleting it is more work than its worth, and its going to be daily-driven in the winter for a couple of years.

Thanks in advance, guys.

Not sure on the transfer case questions but search stock48. He runs a 4x4 that runs 9's.

The 4L80e will need an input shaft and recalibration with dual feed. Billet forward hub is a good idea too. Just call Jake's and get a stage 3 kit which includes all of this.

Will definitely look into Stock48.

The transmission is an untouched remanufactured unit for a 2005 6.0L. Does it need the input shaft, or is that for power handling? What exactly is the recalibration for?

The input shaft becomes questionable at 500 RWHP. Just search 4L80 input shaft and you will see.

The re-calibration consists of mods to the accumulators, pressure regulator, and valve body separator plate. Plenty of guys just throw in and HD2 kit and call it good but I wanted to make sure mine lasted so I did the Stage 3. It's up to you.

I see. Originally I had planned on just trying the HD2 kit and hoping for the best, but I definitely want this thing reliable and I'm willing to take the route to get it there. The highest kit I can find on the JakesPerformance website is the Stage 2. Would I be better off calling them? I'd assume installing this kit would be similar to a full rebuild? Transmissions are not something I'm willing to screw with, it'll be going to a shop to get the work done... Just wondering how hard its gonna hit me.

Yes, you need to call to order. Stage 3 is the same as 2 except it adds the billet roller front hub. This kit was worth it to me. These things are heavy and not something I want to be swapping all the time.

Thanks for the info man, I appreciate it. Hopefully getting the transmission built isn't too ridiculous haha
