I have a 03 4l60e minus converter....what year converter can I use?

You need to determine if you have a 298mm or 300mm version of the 4L60E.
(Shame on GM for not having different model numbers for these incompatible versions.)
Or tell us exactly what vehicle the trans if from; and what engine is in it.

All 4L60E on LS engine vehicles are the 300mm version and all 300mm versions can take any 300mm (LS-style) converter from any year.
